FGBMFI Header Images

We are asking FGBMFI’ers all over the world to send us a skyline photo or a famous feature of your city for us to make into a header. We want your city to be represented in the world of FGBMFI. FGBMFI operates in 160 countries at this time and we want to include your nation! These photographs will be used to make headers for web pages for www.FGBMFI.net, www.FGBMFI.biz and www.FGBMFI.co.

Credit Where Credit Is Due…

We will give credit on this site and will link to you.

The Format…

The format we hope to use in the future is 1300px by 250px – either .jpg or .png

Current and Former Headers…

Junks were developed during the Han Dynasty (206 BC–220 AD) and were used as sea-going vessels as early as the 2nd century AD. They were found, and in lesser numbers are still found, throughout South-East Asia and India, but primarily in China, perhaps most famously in Hong Kong.

The Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Completed in 1883, it connects the New York City boroughs of Manhattan and Brooklyn by spanning the East River. Originally referred to as the New York and Brooklyn Bridge, it was dubbed the Brooklyn Bridge in a January 25, 1867 letter to the editor of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, and formally so named by the city government in 1915. Since its opening, it has become an iconic part of the New York skyline. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964 and a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 1972.
